The Puffy sandals are beautifully made in an exceptional vegan leather. The vegan leather is married with a thick memory foam to create the dramatic high-volume structure of the Puffy. It’s finished off with a neoprene lining a to give you smooth, snug comfort and a cool, sporty look. The ROAM footbed is a contoured cushion foam which provide both tremendous comfort and support. They are wrapped in sleek black neoprene, for breathability and moisture wicking to keep your feet happy and dry. Our BIO EVA soles are a high-flex, durable tread which allow the sandals to move with your feet.

Returns:
To request a return for an item in your order, you should first email your request to info@shopbc2.com. Please include your desired intentions for an exchange of size/style, or for a store credit.
We do NOT refund payments to your original payment method after 7 days of your purchase. We only offer store credit outside of the 7 day window and an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be made within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
If you are within 30 days of your order date, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for us to accept the return. For shoes, these must be sent back in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Candles, Jewelry, Swimwear and Intimates.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a store credit or a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be included into the returned value amount, but will not include the return shipping costs.
