To request a return for an item in your order, you should first email your request to email@example.com. Please include your desired intentions for an exchange of size/style, or for a store credit.
We do NOT refund payments to your original payment method after 7 days of your purchase. We do offer store credit outside of the 7 day window and an exchange or store credit within 30 days of your original purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be made within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
If you are within 30 days of your order date, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for us to accept the return. For shoes, these must be sent back in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Candles, Jewelry, Swimwear and Intimates.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a store credit or a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be included into the returned value amount. However, this return value will not include the return shipping costs.
