Store Policies
Cancellations:
BC2 has a 2 hour cancellation policy. All orders must be cancelled by phone or email within 2 hours of the order placement for a full refund. BC2 is not liable for any processing that is quicker than 2 hours. If your order has been fulfilled and shipped prior to the email or phone call, you are still eligible for a full refund within the 7 day period.
Returns:
Our return policy is within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a return for an item in your order, you should first email your request to info@shopbc2.com. Please include your desired intentions for an exchange of size/style or for a store credit/refund.
We do NOT refund payments to your original payment method after 7 days of your purchase. We only offer store credit outside of the 7 day window and an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be made within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
If you are within 30 days of your order date, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for us to accept the return. For shoes, these must be sent back in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards, sale items, candles, jewelry, swimwear and intimates.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a store credit or a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be included into the returned value amount, but will not include the return shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require your original Order # or Confirmation Email as your proof of purchase.
Please do not send your items back to our store without first requesting an exchange or return with us through email: info@shopbc2.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account in case there was a delay in processing times.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shopbc2.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or color option, send us an email with your exchange request to info@shopbc2.com.

Gifts & Gift Exchange
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate in the form of store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Please reach out to us by email or phone if you have more questions regarding a gift exchange.
