Shipping policy

BC2 offers a wide range of shipping methods at checkout. All orders may have a processing time of 2-3 days, depending on the time of your purchase. Weekends, holidays and inclement weather may affect the processing times of your order. Your shipping method is guaranteed AFTER your order has been processed. Please do not make the assumption your order will be delivered in the same duration as the advertised shipping timeframes, in order to allow for processing. 

BC2 is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item has been shipped from our store, all items in your order are legally owned by the shipping carrier. Your tracking information linked to your order will be the receipt of the shipment and the passing of our ownership to the carrier and will hold the carrier as liable for all damage, thereafter.

If you think your order has been lost or stolen, please file your claim to the corresponding shipping carrier.
