ROAM’s ‘Stripe Heel’ mules have a center stripe in a complimentary color for an elevated sports luxe feel. Crafted in ultra soft vegan leather, memory foam is inserted by hand into the upper, creating a pillow effect that gently supports the foot. Cotton fleece upper lining is gentle on the skin. The double padded insole is covered in moisture wicking and breathable neoprene to keep feet comfortable and dry. Set on a low cylinder heel, with a sleek, tapered almond toe shape, ideal for slipping into when you are on the go.
ROAMs fit true to size for a flop-free walk. For half-sizes, we recommend sizing up, and very narrow half-sizes are recommended to size down; please find your size in the size chart.

Returns:
To request a return for an item in your order, you should first email your request to info@shopbc2.com. Please include your desired intentions for an exchange of size/style, or for a store credit.
We do NOT refund payments to your original payment method after 7 days of your purchase. We only offer store credit outside of the 7 day window and an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be made within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
If you are within 30 days of your order date, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for us to accept the return. For shoes, these must be sent back in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Candles, Jewelry, Swimwear and Intimates.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a store credit or a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be included into the returned value amount, but will not include the return shipping costs.
